Our Fees Explained
We only offer a limited amount of FREE childcare spaces, as it is simply not sustainable.
At Little Village Nursery School we invest in our team by providing the London living wage, private health care, fully paid holidays, pension, fully funded training and safety checks. Operating costs spiral when providing children with the very best Early Years Educators, food, resources, environment, care and guaranteed safety. To Enquire about a free Childs space using the Free 15 or 30 government funded hours, please get in touch.
Voucher Scheme
If you signed up for vouchers pre 2019 you can use these as part payment for your monthly fees.
What is covered?
Our fees encompass all meals, snacks, enrichment and most excursions.
New government funding for qualifying 2-year-olds starting in April 2024 and for children aged 9 to 23 months beginning in September 2024 has been recently introduced. We have revised our fee structures to accommodate these changes. For further details on funding, please refer to our Fees page.
Under 2 years £98 per standard day.
3 years + £93 per standard day
Fees include all meals, snacks, enrichment and trips.
Fee Structure
Our fees are calculated based on the 51 weeks that our village is open, spread out evenly over 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments cover bank holidays, public holidays, and inset days, which are billed in full despite closures, as our staffing costs remain constant each month.
While Government funding is allocated for 38 weeks (term time), our services operate for 51 weeks annually. Therefore, the funded hours are extended across the full 51 weeks. This results in an equivalent of 11.18 hours per week for the standard funding and the same principle applies to the 30-hour funding.
To determine eligibility for funding and begin the application process, parents can visit the Government Childcare Choices website. For further details regarding available funding options, please refer to our Fees page.
Multi-day discount
4 day schedule (3% discount) and full time schedule (5% discount).
All discounts are applied to your invoices.
* The discount applies to standard plans only.
Sibling discount
We offer a discount if you have two or more siblings in nursery at the same time (7%). The discount is applied to your eldest child’s plan.
Emergency day swaps
In cases of healthcare or childcare emergencies we can offer up to a maximum of 5 emergency day swaps per year, subject to availability. An agreed emergency day swap is to be used in the same calendar month as the absence. Bank holidays and nursery closures are exempt.
Ad hoc days
Subject to availability, you can purchase extra ad hoc days at the standard daily rate. Ad hoc days can be booked a maximum of two weeks before the requested date.

Do you accept tax-free childcare?Tax free childcare is a method of paying childcare costs (including your nursery invoice) which provides a significant saving each month. It can be used alongside both 15 and 30 hours of funding. We accept tax-free childcare as a payment method at all of our settings. You will first need to apply for tax-free childcare here. Once set up, you can find your setting by searching for the postcode or the Ofsted registration number. Full details of eligibility can be found here. However, the eligibility criteria follows that of 30 hours funding closely. Unlike 30 hours funding it is available to all nursery age children. Once paired to your setting, you can pay your invoices using the tax-free childcare system - either full or partial payments of your invoice are possible.

Do you accept childcare vouchers? For those still receiving childcare vouchers, we still accept all major providers. If you are unable to find us with your provider it is likely because we are not set up with that provider but we are always happy to do so. Contact your nursery manager who will have this set up for you.
